1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout this document and any supplementary policy documents published by dp111:

Any terms not defined in this section carry their ordinary English-language meaning as commonly understood in the context of online gaming and sports betting.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of dp111 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and the Bombing Fishing arcade game — you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to all dp111 account registrations:

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register a dp111 Account only if all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and remain satisfied throughout the period your Account is active:

• You are at least 18 years of age (see Section 3 for the full Age Restriction policy).
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which use of the dp111 platform is unlawful.
• You do not already hold an existing dp111 Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only.
• You have not previously had a dp111 Account closed or suspended for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of any such person employed by dp111 or its affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been granted.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and a chosen username and password. dp111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided at registration at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any Bonus Funds.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is strictly limited to a single registered Account on dp111. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is a serious violation of these terms. If dp111 determines that a Player holds or has held more than one Account, dp111 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from those Accounts.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dp111 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact dp111 support immediately at [email protected]. dp111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to secure your credentials.

3 Age Restriction

3.1 Mandatory Age Verification (KYC)

dp111 conducts mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) for all registered Accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that your registered details are accurate:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Driving licence issued by BRTA (Bangladesh Road Transport Authority)
• Birth certificate where supported by additional proof of address

dp111 reserves the right to temporarily restrict Account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and the ability to place bets — pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or closed.

3.2 Consequences of Underage Gambling

If dp111 determines at any point that a registered Account belongs to or has been used by a person under 18 years of age, dp111 will:

• Immediately and permanently close the Account.
• Void all bets placed and withhold all associated winnings.
• Return any deposited real-money funds (net of voided winnings) to the payment method from which they originated, subject to verification.
• Retain any Bonus Funds awarded to the Account.
• Report the incident to relevant authorities where required by law.

Underage gambling is harmful and is treated as a zero-tolerance matter by dp111. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools to restrict access to online gambling platforms for minors in their care.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

dp111 supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your dp111 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your current Account verification status.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or card held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your dp111 Account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days to process depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• dp111 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which dp111 accepts no responsibility.
• dp111 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit it deems unusual in value or frequency before crediting the funds to your Account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your dp111 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. If the original deposit method cannot receive the withdrawal, dp111 may request an alternative method subject to verification.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. dp111 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending outstanding verification steps.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay — typically within 24 hours of approval; bank transfers — 2–5 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money funds and bonus winnings that have fully cleared wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• dp111 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request, particularly for withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a 30-day period.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on dp111 for Bangladeshi users are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dp111 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges. If you access dp111 from outside Bangladesh and your local currency differs from BDT, you acknowledge that conversion rates and any associated fees are the responsibility of your issuing bank or payment provider.

5 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all dp111 sports betting markets. Game-specific rules for dp111 Casino titles, slots, and the Bombing Fishing arcade game are governed by the rules published within each product's interface.

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding when dp111's system issues a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmed receipt — for example, due to a connection interruption or session timeout — are not valid and will not be settled. You are responsible for verifying that your bets have been correctly placed and confirmed before the relevant event begins.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the dp111 sportsbook represent the prices available at the time of display. dp111 reserves the right to change, suspend, or remove any market or price at any time before a bet is confirmed. Odds applicable to in-play (live) betting markets may change rapidly during an event; the odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the final settled odds regardless of subsequent market movement.

5.3 Void Bets

dp111 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances, among others:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within the timeframe specified by the applicable sport rules.
• The bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds pricing (a price that is clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time).
• The bet was placed by a Player who was subsequently found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions at the time of placement.
• Evidence suggests the bet was placed as part of fraudulent, collusive, or match-fixing activity.
• The relevant sports governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL organisers) declares the event or its result void.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

dp111 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per settlement period across all sports markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant market interface and may vary by sport, event type, and Account tier. dp111 reserves the right to reduce maximum payout limits for specific markets or events at any time without prior notice. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at the stated maximum.

5.5 Prohibited Betting Activities

The following betting activities are strictly prohibited on dp111 and will result in immediate Account suspension, void of affected bets, and potential permanent closure:

• Arbitrage betting: placing offsetting bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, particularly where this exploits pricing errors on dp111.
• Bonus abuse: registering multiple Accounts or using other methods to claim promotional offers more than once, or using Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated promotion terms.
• Match fixing or insider betting: placing bets using non-public information regarding the outcome of an event, or any form of collusion with event participants.
• Automated betting: using bots, software, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the dp111 platform in a manner not explicitly permitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dp111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, VIP Club rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to major Bangladesh sporting events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all dp111 bonuses and promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for dp111 bonus offers is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different requirement. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100% of the stake. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion's detailed terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• dp111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active Bonus Funds at the time of cancellation will have a reasonable period to fulfil outstanding wagering requirements.

6.2 VIP Club

The dp111 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to eligible registered Players. VIP tier advancement, associated benefits, reward point accrual rates, and redemption terms are governed by the VIP Club programme terms published on the VIP Club page. dp111 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and point values at any time. VIP status is non-transferable between Accounts.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dp111 takes a firm position against bonus abuse of any kind. Any Player found to have manipulated, exploited, or otherwise abused a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, fabricated identities, coordinated staking patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other strategy deemed abusive at dp111's sole discretion — will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently closed without prior notice.

7 Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your dp111 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, dp111 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

If you are requesting Account closure because you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, dp111 encourages you to consider the self-exclusion tools available in your Account settings as an alternative or prior step, and to review the full Responsible Gaming Policy available at dp111.bet/responsible-gaming.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by dp111

dp111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Evidence or suspicion of underage gambling.
• A self-exclusion request made by the Account holder.
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or order from a competent authority.
• Any other circumstance in which dp111 determines in good faith that continued Account operation poses a risk to the Player, to other Players, or to the integrity of the platform.

Where dp111 closes an Account due to a Player's breach of these terms, dp111 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds, void outstanding bets, and, where fraud or criminality is involved, withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

dp111 offers self-exclusion as a responsible gaming measure. A self-exclusion request results in permanent or temporary deactivation of your Account, preventing all login, deposit, and betting activity for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or through the Account settings self-exclusion tool. Once a self-exclusion period begins, it cannot be reversed or shortened before the elected period ends. dp111 will make reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded Account is not accessible during the exclusion period, though Players acknowledge that it remains their own responsibility to refrain from seeking workarounds.

8 Liability & Disputes

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dp111 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the dp111 platform for any reason, including scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any delay, error, or failure in the processing of bets, deposits, or withdrawals caused by factors outside dp111's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party payment processor errors, or force majeure events.
• Reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the dp111 platform that subsequently proves to have been inaccurate due to a technical fault or human error.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any bet that was not confirmed by dp111's systems prior to event commencement.

In all cases where dp111's liability is established, its total liability to any single Player for any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the Player's Account Balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.

8.2 Platform Availability

dp111 aims to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, dp111 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of downtime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. Emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice where necessary to protect platform integrity or security.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe that a bet settlement, account action, or transaction has been handled incorrectly, you must submit a formal dispute to the dp111 support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted more than 30 days after the relevant event will not be considered. When submitting a dispute, please provide your Account username, the relevant bet reference number or transaction ID, the date of the event, and a clear description of the issue.

dp111 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and will aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days. During the investigation period, dp111 may temporarily restrict relevant Account functions. dp111's written decision on a dispute constitutes the platform's final position on the matter.

8.4 Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between dp111 and the Player with respect to the use of the dp111 platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. dp111 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the dp111 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
